- If you're using Windows 3.1 you should insure that you've used one of
- the avaliable replacements for comm.drv. twcomm.drv is a popular one.
- These drivers activate the 16550uart in your internal modem or serial
- port for your external modem. Without them multitasking in windows
- will often cause overruns.
