  29. If you're using Windows 3.1 you should insure that you've used one of
  30. the avaliable replacements for comm.drv.  twcomm.drv is a popular one.
  31. These drivers activate the 16550uart in your internal modem or serial
  32. port for your external modem.  Without them multitasking in windows
  33. will often cause overruns.
